The Disability Discrimination Act 1995 Part III
The Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (DDA) was developed so changes could be made which makes it unlawful to discriminate against disabled people. The DDA Part III came into effect on 1st October 2004. and sets out strict new guidelines.
